• All content is educational in nature and not intended as financial or investment advice. Sigma Algo does not execute trades on your behalf and is not a brokerage.

• Unauthorized Disputes or Abuse: In the event you file an unauthorized dispute or engage in conduct deemed disruptive or in violation of these Terms, Sigma Algo reserves the right to ban you from all products, services, and community channels, including by device or IP address.

1. trading risks
• Sigma Algo does not guarantee financial success or trading results based onthe use of our educational materials, tools, or mentorship services.
• You acknowledge that any trading or investment decisions you make are done independently and at your own risk.

• Sigma Algo will not be liable for any financial losses incurred, or for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from your use of our Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• In no event shall Sigma Algo, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

• All sales with Sigma Algo (including bootcamps, mentorship, live trading sessions, subscription packages, or any Sigma Vue-related service) are final.
• By purchasing any service or plan (via fiat or cryptocurrency), you acknowledge and agree to abide by our
Refund Policy, which states that no refunds are issued once access to services is granted, unless an error in plan selection occurred.

community conduct
1. respectful engagement
• You agree to maintain a respectful and constructive demeanor within all community channels, including chats, forums, Discord servers, and social media groups managed by Sigma Algo.
2. prohibited conduct
• Any false narratives, defamatory statements, or disruptive behavior in public forums or within Sigma Algo communities may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services and ban (via device or IP).
